On the nose a light hint of toast, which recalls the crust of freshly baked bread, yeasts and small fruits such as strawberry, currant, raspberry, blueberry, and then cherry. A particular floral scent reminiscent of nigritella with an aroma that fades into notes of chocolate and vanilla to form a fragrant and complex whole. It can be enjoyed with its wide and succulent mouth, medium dry, with a fruity streak that recalls the aromatic palette described for the sense of smell. Excellent harmony and persistence, with a beautiful salty, mineral vein and a fresh acidity. The bubble is nicely crisp, with an interesting tension.

Paladino Trentodoc is a wine that immediately strikes, first for the very fine bubbles that rise brilliantly in the glass and then for the intensity of its aromas, fruity and floral where well-defined mineral notes stand out that recall the rocks and roughness of the Trentino mountains. The mouth is surrounded by a very fine silk, which dissolves and leaves room for pleasant, intense, never aggressive aromas and scents and a very present flavor.
