Capo Martino blend of native white grapes from our region. “A beautiful, bright and sparkling golden yellow colour. Intense and complex aroma with notes of ripe local and tropical fruit and withered flowers touched by a light veil of vanilla. Apple, banana, hazelnut, broom and passion flower emerge. In the mouth it is velvet. It has a perfect taste balance, a delicate aroma, an infinite persistence. Excellent with chickpea purée and octopus sautéed with rosemary”
