Al naso si percepiscono note di spezie e di legno tostato che si fondono a note di frutti di bosco, liquirizia e violetta. Al palato è morbido e ampio con un retrogusto dolce di piccoli frutti rossi maturi. Un elegante blend di Cabernet, con una persistenza notevole e un finale gradevole caratterizzato da note di cioccolato nero e tabacco.

Merlot cui si aggiungono i due Cabernet (Sauvignon e Franc). Siamo nel bolgherese e la macchia mediterranea, qui rappresentata da evidenze di alloro e ginepro, si avverte in particolar modo al naso. In bocca mostra potenza e struttura. Tanta frutta scura accompagnata da una nitida suggestione di radice di liquirizia. Tannino potente ma dolce. Si esalta con l’agnello.
