Il trio composto da Nero D’Avola (oltre il 60%), Syrah e Cabernet Franc viene affinato in barrique di diversi passaggi. La scelta, come dimostra l’assaggio, non riguarda la volontà di dare morbidezza, ma di amalgamare al meglio i diversi caratteri dei vitigni. Tanto corpo ma senza pesantezza. L’evidente nota speziata, quasi piccante, lo rende adatto a preparazioni d’ispirazione orientale.
