Il “Jakot” di Radikon prende vita negli ultimi giorni di settembre, quando viene vendemmiato esclusivamente a mano e quando viene lasciato fermentare in tini di rovere a contatto con le bucce per un tempo incredibile, almeno 3-4 mesi. La particolarità non finisce qui visto che dopo la fermentazione, anche l’affinamento ha caratteristiche tutte proprie: 40 mesi in barriques di rovere. Un periodo che contribuisce ad accrescere la magia e il fascino del Tocai Friulano "Jakot" di Stanislao Radikon che nel calice si offre con un bel colore giallo dorato, vivo e intenso, e che abbina splendidamente la complessità della mandorla, tipica del vitigno, con i richiami di frutta tropicale e la speziatura finale. E’ ampio, fresco e sapido e ha una straordinaria complessità. Un vino splendido per tutti coloro che amano la biodinamica.

Full sip, both in terms of taste and substance, but always balanced between richness and rhythm, marked by well-integrated tannin and balsamic freshness.
