Una bella struttura sorretta da decisi tannini si unisce a un fruttato rosso e a una lieve speziatura. Il Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Le Bon”, prodotto dal Domaine Ballorin et Fils, è abbastanza equilibrato ed è stato vinificato con uve coltivate secondo le regole dell’agricoltura biodinamica. Matura per un anno in botti di legno. Versatile e genuino, porta con sé anche qualità e immediatezza. Rosso rubino brillante alla vista. Schietto e generoso al naso, con le note fruttate di fragola e ciliegia rossa che guidano l’olfattiva. Al palato è leggermente speziato e i tannini sono decisi e ben presenti, mentre buona è la persistenza.
