Ripasso is one of the wines that contributed to making Amarone famous in the world: thanks to the process that involves macerating Valpolicella grapes with already fermented pomace previously dried for the production of Recioto and Amarone, Ripasso has a lower acidity compared to Amarone, a more rounded taste and a higher alcohol content. Ripasso Fidora comes from grapes grown according to the dictates of organic farming, on calcareous soil. Perfect for aging in order to bring out the aromas of ripe red fruit that so characterize this type of wine.

The Valpolicella Superiore Classico Ripasso made by the Secondo Marco winery reveals itself to the eye with a ruby red color, with a beautiful deep shade. The olfactory spectrum develops on the nose, revealing a pleasant set of fruity notes, while on the finish the nostrils are enveloped by spicier touches. In the mouth it is full-bodied, rich, with a harmonious sip that highlights tannin finely integrated into the general structure of the wine.
