Le uve di questo vino vengono coltivate nella zona di Penon con i suoi suoli di ghiaia calcarea, sui versanti sopra Magrè. Questa fantastica posizione ad alta quota e in una zona calda favorisce la maturazione tardiva del Pinot Bianco e del Müller Thurgau. Qui le vigne producono piccoli grappoli concentrati che afferiscono le caratteristiche inconfondibili dei vini. L'affinamento del vino avviene in contenitori di acciaio inox per 5 mesi, per ricavare il massimo apporto organolettico e mantenere inalterata la sua freschezza.

EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

After the soft pressing of the grapes and the alcoholic fermentation of the must, the wine is aged for six months partly in steel and partly in oak. From the straw yellow with greenish reflections of the "Penon" arises a fruity and fresh olfactory range with aromas of apple, citrus fruit and pineapple. The aroma also persists on the palate, where the Pinot Blanc stands out for its enveloping fullness and lively acidity which persist in the brilliant finish of the mouth. “Penon” is a wine full of verve, almost playful one might say, which is not only suitable for an aperitif but goes very lightly with light first courses, fish or pasta dishes.
