Alastro – named after a wild flower that grows around our cellar – is a blend based on Grecanico, combined with a small percentage of a distinctly aromatic variety: Sauvignon Blanc. Finely aromatic, delicately structured, with aromas of tropical fruits, fresh citrus fruits and white flowers. It goes well with first courses of Mediterranean cuisine and vegetarian cuisine.
