      Intense straw yellow, with deep golden reflections and persistent perlage. The nose is initially fresh and floral, with hints of violet, fern and undergrowth, then deliciously fruity, with tones of yellow-fleshed peach. The palate is particularly smooth, velvety and silky, with a finish that leaves the same sensation you get after tasting homemade whipped cream.

      Lo Champagne Brut Reserve Grand Cru di Mailly nasce da uve raccolte da diversi Grnd Cru della Montagne di Reims, coltivata in prevalenza a Pinot Noir, e da una selezione di vini di riserva di oltre 10 annate. Ha profumi ampi e profondi di frutta gialla matura, frutta secca, spezie ed erbe aromatiche. Il sorso è ricco, secco e strutturato, di bella persistenza.
