Lanson's White Label Champagne, unique and singular, was specially created by Jean-Paul Gandon, Chef de Cave of the Maison for 25 years. It is a Cuvée composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, vinified without malolactic fermentation, with a more accentuated liqueur and 32 grams of sugar per liter, in order to favor the maximum expression of the aromas. The company recommends serving the White Label at a temperature between 6 and 8 degrees, adding a natural ingredient, be it mint leaves, raspberries, orange or lemon peel, according to your preferences, your desires and your mood and, almost as if it were a cocktail, shake the glass circularly so as to allow the natural ingredients to release their aromas. It is, therefore, a Champagne capable of giving a certainly peculiar taste experience, to be looked at with curiosity.
