Alastro – named after a wild flower that grows around our cellar – is a blend based on Grecanico, combined with a small percentage of a distinctly aromatic variety: Sauvignon Blanc. Finely aromatic, delicately structured, with aromas of tropical fruits, fresh citrus fruits and white flowers. It goes well with first courses of Mediterranean cuisine and vegetarian cuisine.

In the mouth the wine flows very soft with a delicate flavor of cedar and passion fruit. Surprising taste enchantment, rich and punctuated by aromas of Mediterranean scrub on the finish.
