Franciacorta Saten by Camossi is a Classic Method Blanc de Blancs produced with pure Chardonnay, which rests for 24 months on the yeasts. The refinement of part of the base wines in wood and the use of the SoloUva method give the wine an expressive fullness and a creaminess that make it particularly pleasant and intense, with aromas of citrus peel, ripe yellow fruit, spicy nuances. The sip is rich and full, with fruity softness and a finish of lively mineral freshness.
