Vesuvio Bianco Maceratina 91 falls within the DOC Vesuvio Bianco and is made with pure Falanghina grapes. The vineyards from which the grapes come are located on rich volcanic-sandy soils at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest completed around mid-September, the grapes are fermented in steel to preserve the fruit fragrance. Bottling follows. Straw yellow in colour, it has fruity hints that recall tropical fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it has excellent structure, good minerality and the right balance between the fruity and savory parts.

The vineyards from which the grapes come are located on rich volcanic-sandy soils at an average altitude of 400 meters above sea level. Good ventilation and perceptible temperature variations guarantee healthy grapes with great aromatic concentration. After the manual harvest completed around mid-September, the grapes are fermented in steel to guarantee a fresh wine with well-refined primary aromas. Straw yellow in colour, it has hints of exotic fruits, with hints of grapefruit and notes of wild herbs. On the palate it opens the sip with an interesting minerality which is tempered by fruity hints of white melon and peach. With an excellent structure, it is pleasant to drink and has a medium-long persistence.
