Il bianco De Vite realizzato da Hofstatter si presenta all’esame visivo con un colore giallo paglierino, attraversato da riflessi che virano verso il verdastro. Il naso pullula di profumi rinfrescanti e avvolgenti, improntati sostanzialmente su note fruttate e floreali, arricchiti anche da tocchi di erbe aromatiche. In bocca è di corpo leggero, vivace e beverino, con un sorso equilibrato, contraddistinto da una piacevole freschezza. Una bottiglia che rappresenta un ottimo jolly in tavola, vista l’estrema versatilità gastronomica; se a ciò si aggiunge poi anche l’interessante rapporto qualità-prezzo, allora il gioco è fatto!
