          The main native vine of Sardinian viticulture is a vine which, if harvested early and worked in a gentle and delicate way, is able, given its finesse and elegance, to produce extremely fresh, agile and pleasant wines. Sangiovese enhances the fruity component. The brief contact of the must with the skins allows a minimal transfer of the coloring and tannic components, thus producing a claret must with good acidity which develops a broad and captivating aromatic complement during fermentation.
