The predominantly sandy soil on which the plants that make up this label grow does nothing but complete the already abundant heritage of finesse that the Nebbiolo variety brings to the wine. Wood in refinement, but only for what is strictly necessary. Lots of morello cherry, hazelnut and clove in the mouth. It goes well with a baked suckling pig.
