The Château Sociando-Mallet estate is located on an exceptional territory north of Pauillac, in the Haut-Médoc DOC. The vineyards are located on an area made up of graves deposited during the Güntz glacial era and on a clay-limestone subsoil. 90% maturation in new barriques for 12 months makes it a silky, intense wine that will delight wine lovers and novices alike. An unclassified, but extraordinary wine. Complex aromas of blackcurrant, dark chocolate and leather with notes of vanilla and clove reveal themselves on the nose. Structured and direct, freshness, depth and a well-integrated hint of oak emerge on the palate. Particularly suitable for aging, with a little patience we will discover its potential.
