EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This soft and round wine is the synthesis of a careful selection of the best Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the municipality of Montespertoli and in the neighboring municipalities. The wine is placed in French oak barriques, where the refinement continues for at least 12-15 months followed by a further 5 months in the bottle. The winemaking takes place with cutting-edge technologies which tend to limit contact with oxygen and enhance all the characteristics of a Chianti. Depending on the vintage, the grapes can undergo long macerations, even 25-30 days.
