          Coppo's "Sempre Lui" is a Rosé wine from Piedmont DOC, obtained from 100% Barbera grapes, grown in the Canelli area, in the province of Asti. The bunches are harvested with an early harvest to preserve all the freshness and aroma of the varietal. For the same reason they are then vinified in steel and after a short rest, the wine is ready for marketing.
