It comes from cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes which, vinified separately, undergo a further period of aging in wood for at least twelve months, at the end of which they proceed with their assembly and the product is bottled. The wine has a ruby red color with garnet wings. The sense of smell is broad and refined where the sensation of red fruits blend with the notes of vanilla and spices, forming a particularly pleasant aromatic whole. On the palate it is soft, long and persistent, accompanied by a spicy aftertaste. It pairs very well with tasty red meats such as the classic Florentine steak and game.

Dai vigneti aziendali, le uve selezionate di Sangiovese, con una piccola aggiunta di Canaiolo, sono colte a mano tra la II decade di settembre e la I di ottobre e fermentate in serbatoi in acciaio inox, per la produzione del vino Chianti Classico. Il vino matura in botti di rovere da 30 hl per circa 20 mesi. I singoli lotti vengono poi assemblati in vasche di cemento per poi essere imbottigliati 4/6 mesi più tardi. Colore rosso rubino con riflessi granati; ha aroma fruttato con sentori di ciliegia e frutta matura. Al gusto si presenta di buona struttura, ben equilibrato, sapido e persistente nel retrogusto.
