This practice is based on sliding the saber over the neck of the cold bottle, until the private cap of the cage pops off. Here we find the rosé version, given by the use of pinot noir and pinot meunier.

As in all the cuvées of the Maison Taittinger, there is a high percentage of Chardonnay (30%), which contributes to giving a floral profile of great expressive finesse. The fruity component and the backbone, which support the fullness and richness of the sip, are guaranteed by a 15% portion of still red wine, made with the best Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims and Riceys, which is then added to the blend the final. It is on this fascinating balance, between elegance and power, that the identity of this unmistakable Champagne is based, a true icon of French savoir-faire in the field of Rosé.
