An extraordinary surprise that this Sicilian mountain gave us thanks to the freshness of the Carricante harvested slightly ahead of time and thanks to the fine sands which together manage to generate not only floral scents that are never intrusive but also a citric fruitiness of great minerality which supports a refined and persistent perlage. In the mouth the wine flows very soft with a delicate flavor of cedar and passion fruit. Surprising taste enchantment, rich and punctuated by aromas of Mediterranean scrub on the finish.
