This Greco di Tufo DOCG by Benito Ferrara is very pleasant with an olfactory trait that captures with those extremely elegant mineral notes that blend with the fresh aromas of citrus fruits and the delicate whiffs of chamomile and lime. A wine for every day, which can be paired with vegetable and fish dishes, which comes from vines with an average age of 20 years, on clayey soils wedged on sulphurous veins. And it is precisely this presence of sulphurous components that gives this mineral and elegant organoleptic trait.
