“Tempestivo” è il bianco in purezza da Trebbiano Spoletino firmato Colle Ciocco, prodotto sulle colline di Montefalco da vigne allevate a pergola. Il nome richiama il giusto tempo della vendemmia e l’equilibrio naturale del vitigno. Al naso offre un bouquet ricco e fine: agrumi, frutta a polpa bianca, fiori di campo e leggere note erbacee. In bocca è fresco e sapido, con una bella struttura e un finale lungo e aromatico.
