Dolcemare, a particular white wine, floral and fruity on the nose, fresh tasting and extremely soft on the palate, organoleptic characteristics in antithesis to each other, balanced and never in excess of each other. The secret lies in the winemaking technique, a double harvest of the Greco and Malvasia grapes, in two different ripening periods, the first harvest at the end of August, to obtain the acidic notes and floral aromas; at the end of September the second harvest of the riper grapes, which give the marked softness and fruity aromas. To appreciate its particular organoleptic characteristics we recommend a very low serving temperature.
