Siamo nel bolgherese e la macchia mediterranea, qui rappresentata da evidenze di alloro e ginepro, si avverte in particolar modo al naso. In bocca mostra potenza e struttura. Tanta frutta scura accompagnata da una nitida suggestione di radice di liquirizia. Tannino potente ma dolce. Si esalta con l’agnello.
