In the glass, this champagne shines in a rich pink with raspberry pink (almost purple) highlights. The delicate and persistent perlage rises in strings of lively pearls and forms a fine mousseux on the surface. The aromatic bouquet offers intense aromas ranging from red fruits (cherry and red currant) to fresh brioche, blueberry cake and strawberry jam. On the palate, this French sparkling wine is wonderfully full-bodied with a smooth, medium body. Aromas of cassis berries blend with fresh notes of gooseberry and pink grapefruit. The tannins are very finely structured and accompany the long finish.
