Audinaggio does not make this characteristic disappear, thanks also to a never-too-long aging in wood, which keeps the characteristic fruity notes of cherry and yellow peach intact, pairing them with a pleasant note of pepper. Dense and sweet tannins.

The wine is garnet red in color, typical color of the Nebbiolo grape. On the nose there are hints of cherry, plum, raspberry and violet, all distinctive and identifying aromas of Nebbiolo. Subsequently, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, tobacco, licorice and vanilla are also perceived. Finally, the aromas of cocoa, cinnamon and pink pepper are also noticeable. The mouth is instead characterized by a medium astringency of tannins and appreciable freshness, well balanced by alcohol and softness. Overall, the wine has excellent balance and structure.
