Etna Bianco comes from the skilful vinification of Carricante white grape varieties, grown in highly suitable volcanic soils and arranged in terraces at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level on the northern side of the volcano. Straw yellow colored wine with light greenish reflections which offers mineral notes with menthol hints typical of high wines, green apple with primary aromas characteristic of the variety.

In this long-aged white, produced with the best grapes from the Monte Gorna vineyards, the Carricante variety prevails, which has its origins precisely on the south-eastern side of the volcano. The low yields, the manual harvesting in boxes and the careful selection of the grapes give life to a white of great elegance, which finds its distinctive feature in the typical minerality of the Etna terroir. Four years of maturation in the cellar, which also include a 12-month passage in French oak barriques, complete its taste-olfactory profile.
