Si presenta alla vista con un bel colore giallo paglierino intenso con rapidi riflessi oro-verde, cristallino e di buona consistenza. Al naso presenta profumi decisi e persistenti, di buona finezza ed eleganza con netti sentori di fiori di campo, ginestra, miele e note più lievi di agrumi. In bocca è secco e caldo, con note fresche e sapide in sostanziale equilibrio, finale lungo e persistente con buona rispondenza gusto-olfattiva. Dopo una macerazione delle bucce sul mosto, la fermentazione viene condotta in bianco e a temperatura controllata con successiva sosta sui lieviti fini per almeno 5 mesi. Come la vinificazione anche la maturazione si svolge in acciaio.

Questo vino molto giovane e fresco, si presenta all’esame organolettico con un colore giallo paglierino tenue, con leggerissimi riflessi verdi. Il sapore è fresco sapido e si apre bene con note fruttate seguite da mandorla e polpa gialla di mela. Il finale si caratterizza per il grade equilibrio e per la persistenza.
