Vinificazione separata per i tre vitigni con pressatura soffice delle uve e fermentazione a temperatura controllata 14°-16°C. L’affinamento avviene in acciaio inox fino in primavera sui lieviti della prima fermentazione. Al vino base viene aggiunto del liquer de tirage, posto in bottiglie chiuse con tappo corona e accatastate in cantina a 10°-12°C, dove inizia la seconda fermentazione. Finita questa il prodotto rimane sui lieviti per almeno 24 mesi, prima di essere degorgèe e messo in commercio.

Fruit of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and aging on the yeasts in the bottle for approximately 24 months. It smells of many red flowers, with nuances of berries and sweet spices. On the palate it is lively, dynamic, clear and fresh.
