Il Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva DOCG “San Sisto” svela un’importante struttura gusto-olfattiva, in cui profumi e sapori arrivano a creare un insieme armonico ed estremamente raffinato. La fermentazione avviene in barrique di rovere francese, dove il vino resta poi a riposare per circa un anno. Si completa con ulteriori 12 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia.

EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Produced only in great years. To obtain this label, the winery does not distort the classic winemaking process through the use of wood. The 'merit' of this label therefore falls on the chronometric maturation of a fruit, coming from plants that are on average over 30 years of age. Citrusy, salty sip, followed by nuances of dried fruit and honey. At the table, after a few years in the bottle, it is not even afraid of pairing it with a cassoeula.

Prodotto solo in grande annate. Per ottenere questa etichetta la cantina non stravolge il processo classico di vinificazione attraverso l’utilizzo del legno. Il ‘merito’ di quest’etichetta ricade perciò sulla maturazione cronometrica di un frutto, proveniente da piante che hanno in media oltre 30 anni di età. Sorso agrumato, salato, cui seguono nuances di frutta secca e miele. A tavola, dopo alcuni anni di bottiglia, non teme neppure l’abbinamento con una cassoeula.
