Oltre ai servizi specificatamente pensati per il canale professionale (Servizio Conto Vendita B2b), l'azienda gestisce anche una piattaforma e-commerce che vende i migliori vini, inclusi quelli normalmente disponibili solo nel canale della ristorazione professionale.

 

1 Introduzione

1.1 This document

Il presente documento costituisce un accordo legale tra Te, in qualità di Utente, e il Titolare di The Winesider e disciplina il tuo utilizzo del sito web, dello shop online e in ogni caso, l’uso dei servizi forniti.

1.2 Definitions

"Terms and Conditions (or Terms, or Contract or Agreement)": these general conditions of service, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Owner;

"User" "you" or similar terms: any natural or legal person;

"Consumer" means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession;

"Owner" "We", "our" and similar terms: refer to the company that owns and operates;

"Parties": together and jointly the Owner and the User;

"Order Confirmation": indicates the e-mail that the Owner sends when the products are sent to confirm the shipment of all or part of the purchased products;

"Order processing receipt": indicates the e-mail that the Owner sends when the order is received;

"Service" means the service offered by the Owner as described in these Terms.

1.3 Changes to these Terms

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale at any time, giving notice of such changes within the site itself via pop-up.

For this reason, Users are invited to consult the latest version of the Terms and Conditions before making any purchase. 

The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date the purchase order is sent.

The User who continues to use the Owner after the publication of the changes, accepts without reservation the new Terms.

1.4 Acceptance of the Contract

Per poter utilizzare The Winesider, devi leggere attentamente ed accettare il presente Accordo e la Privacy Policy che ne è parte integrante. 

If you do not agree to the Terms, you will not be able to use the Service.

 

2 Contenuti presenti su The Winesider e modalità di utilizzo

2.1 Use without Registration

The User can purchase the products on the Owner without prior registration, proceeding with the purchase and check-out procedure by entering the data that will be requested.

The User without registration is responsible for the data entered to send the order, for which the Owner cannot be held responsible for errors in the data entry by the User.

The User without registration can proceed with the purchase by following the procedures described below.

2.2 Registration

Users must register by providing, truthfully and completely, all the data requested in the relevant registration form and accept the Privacy Policy together with these Terms. 

The User is responsible for guarding and keeping his or her access credentials confidential.

Registration credentials must be used exclusively by the User and may not be transferred to third parties. The User undertakes to keep them secret and to ensure that no one has access to them, as well as to inform the Owner without delay in case of suspected misuse and/or disclosure.

It is understood that in no case can the Owner be held liable in case of loss, diffusion, theft or unauthorized use by third parties, for whatever reason, of the access credentials of the Users.

2.3 Deleting and Closing User Accounts

Registered Users may deactivate their accounts, request their deletion, or discontinue use of the Service at any time by contacting the Owner directly at shop@thewinesider.com.

The Owner, in case of violation of these Terms, reserves the right to suspend or close the User's account at any time and without notice.

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User's Account at any time and without prior notice if he or she believes that:

  • the User has violated the Contract; and/or
  • access or use of the Service may cause damage to the Owner, other Users or third parties; and/or
  • l’uso di The Winesider da parte dell’Utente possa risultare in una violazione della legge o dei regolamenti applicabili; e/o
  • in the case of investigations conducted as a result of legal action or the involvement of public authorities; and/or
  • l’account è ritenuto dal Titolare, a sua esclusiva discrezionalità e per qualsivoglia motivo, inappropriato o offensivo o in violazione del Contratto o non in linea con gli standard di The Winesider.

2.4 Contenuti disponibili su The Winesider

I contenuti disponibili su The Winesider sono protetti dalla legge sul diritto d’autore e dalle altre leggi e trattati internazionali posti a tutela dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale e, ove non diversamente specificato, il loro utilizzo è consentito agli Utenti esclusivamente nei limiti specificati nella presente clausola.

Pertanto, è fatto espresso divieto all’Utente di copiare e/o scaricare e/o condividere (se non nei limiti di seguito illustrati), modificare, pubblicare, trasmettere, vendere, sub licenziare, elaborare, trasferire/cedere a terzi o creare lavori derivati in qualsiasi modo dai contenuti, anche di terzi, disponibili su The Winesider, né consentire che terzi lo facciano tramite l’Utente o il suo dispositivo, anche a sua insaputa.

Ove espressamente indicato su The Winesider, l'Utente, per mero uso personale, può essere autorizzato a scaricare e/o copiare e/o condividere alcuni contenuti resi disponibili su The Winesider, a condizione che riporti fedelmente tutte le indicazioni di copyright e le altre indicazioni fornite dal Titolare.

2.5 Content provided by third parties

Il Titolare non effettua alcuna moderazione preventiva sui contenuti o i link forniti da terzi mostrati su The Winesider.

The Owner is not responsible for this content and its accessibility.

2.6 Content provided by the User

Gli Utenti sono responsabili per i contenuti propri e di terzi che condividono su The Winesider,  mediante il loro caricamento, l'inserimento di contenuti o con qualsiasi altra modalità. 

Gli Utenti manlevano il Titolare da ogni responsabilità in relazione alla diffusione illecita di contenuti di terzi o all'utilizzo di The Winesider, con modalità contrarie alla legge.

The Owner does not carry out any kind of moderation of the content published by the User or third parties, but undertakes to intervene in response to reports from Users or orders issued by public authorities in relation to content considered offensive or illegal. 

In particular, the Owner may suspend or interrupt the display of the contents in case:

  • complaints from other Users;
  • receive a report of infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • believes it must do so in anticipation of, or as a result of, legal action;
  • such action is requested by public authorities;
  • ritenga che tale contenuto, rimanendo accessibile attraverso The Winesider potrebbe mettere a rischio gli Utenti, i terzi, la disponibilità del Servizio e/o lo stesso il Titolare.

2.7 Rights to content provided by Users

Gli unici diritti concessi al Titolare in relazione ai contenuti forniti dagli Utenti sono quelli necessari al funzionamento ed al mantenimento di The Winesider.

2.8 Services provided by third parties

Users may use services or content included with the Owner provided by third parties, but must first have read and accepted the terms and conditions of such third parties. 

Under no circumstances may the Owner be held liable in relation to the proper functioning or availability, or both, of services provided by third parties.

2.9 Non-permissible use

The Service shall be used in accordance with the Terms.    

Users can't:

  • effettuare reverse engineering, decompilare, disassemblare, modificare o creare lavori derivati basati su The Winesider o su qualunque porzione di essa;
  • aggirare i sistemi informatici usati da The Winesider o dai suoi licenziatari per proteggere il contenuto accessibile tramite di essa;
  • copiare, conservare, modificare, cambiare, preparare lavori derivati o alterare in qualunque modo qualunque dei contenuti forniti da The Winesider;
  • utilizzare qualunque robot, spider, applicazione di ricerca e/o di reperimento di siti, ovvero qualunque altro dispositivo, processo o mezzo automatico per accedere, recuperare, effettuare scraping o indicizzare qualunque porzione di The Winesider o dei suoi contenuti;
  • affittare, licenziare o sub licenziare The Winesider;
  • Defame, offend, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others;
  • disseminate or publish illegal, obscene, illegitimate, defamatory or inappropriate content;
  • misappropriate the account used by another User;
  • registrarsi o utilizzare il Servizio al fine di approcciare gli Utenti per promuovere, vendere o pubblicizzare in qualsiasi modo prodotti o servizi di qualsivoglia tipo attraverso The Winesider;
  • Utilizzare The Winesider in qualunque altra modalità impropria tale da violare i Termini.

 

3 Condizioni di acquisto

3.1 Purchase procedure 

Each order sent constitutes an offer to the Owner to purchase the products. 

The Owner reserves the right, at his unquestionable judgement, to accept or not accept the Order after verifying the availability of the product subject of the proposal, under the conditions stated in the same. The User must select the products and complete the check-out, after having carefully checked the information contained in the order summary. The order is made by confirming it and is subject to payment of the price, taxes and shipping and payment costs indicated in the Order Summary form.

La ricevuta di elaborazione d’Ordine non costituisce accettazione dell’ordine. La conclusione del contratto avviene al momento dell’invio della Conferma d’Ordine da parte di The Winesider all’indirizzo e-mail fornito dall’Utente.

Il Titolare si riserva la possibilità di non confermare un ordine, comunicando all'Utente entro 3 (tre) giorni lavorativi dall'inserimento dell'ordine, all'indirizzo e-mail associato al suo acquisto, l'eventuale indisponibilità di uno o più dei prodotti acquistati. In questo caso The Winesider provvederà al rimborso del prezzo e delle spese di spedizione sostenute dall'Utente.

3.2 Methods of payment

The Winesider utilizza strumenti terzi per l'elaborazione dei pagamenti e non entra in alcun modo in contatto con dati di pagamento – come quelli relativi alla carta di credito – forniti dall’Utente.

You can use the following methods as tools for secure payment processing:

  • Paypal
  • ShopPay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Carta di credito (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

Eventuali costi di gestione di pagamenti dell’Utente non accettati saranno riaddebitati all’Utente.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euro. 

The total price resulting at the end of the order is inclusive of shipping costs, but not of any customs duties and/or additional taxes on the sale, necessary to import the goods into Extra-EU territory. 

3.3 Customer service

Customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00.

For the proper processing of requests, The WineSider uses the email address for receipt and response shop@thewinesider.com.

If requests are received on public holidays, they will be processed on the first working day.

3.4 Reservation of title

Until full payment of the price of the products ordered, the products remain the property of the Owner.

3.5 Availability of products

Prices, descriptions or availability of the products displayed are subject to change without notice by the Owner, it being understood that the price charged to the User will be the price published on the product information sheet at the time the order is sent.

The photos included are indicative and may not be an exact representation of the products.

Il Titolare farà del suo meglio per presentare le caratteristiche dei prodotti col maggior grado di dettaglio possibile all'interno di ciascuna scheda corrispondente al prodotto visionato dall'Utente. Tuttavia, le immagini, i colori, ed ogni altra caratteristica dei prodotti offerti in vendita su The Winesider potrebbero differire da quelli reali a causa di molteplici fattori tra cui, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, monitor del terminale dell’Utente, filtri fotografici etc. Pertanto, l’Utente prende atto ed accetta che tali eventuali minori differenze non costituiscono difetto di conformità dei prodotti.

In caso di indisponibilità del/i prodotto/i ordinato/i, fatti salvi i diritti attribuiti all’Utente dalla legge, The Winesider effettuerà il rimborso di tale importo senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro il termine indicativo di 15 (quindici) giorni lavorativi dalla data di incasso. Tale importo di norma sarà accreditato sullo stesso mezzo di pagamento utilizzato dall’Utente per l’acquisto o il diverso mezzo concordato tra l’Utente e il Titolare. Eventuali ritardi nell’accredito possono dipendere dall’istituto bancario, dal tipo di carta di credito o dalla soluzione di pagamento utilizzata.

3.6 Execution of the Order

The Order is executed within the terms specified in the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the ordered product. 

For the correct preparation of the Order, the Owner reserves a variable time of 3-4 working days.

The Winesider ed il suo Titolare non potranno ritenersi responsabili per danni subiti dall’Utente a causa di ritardi nella spedizione o nella consegna che non siano dipendenti da circostanze prevedibili dalle parti al momento dell’invio della Conferma d’Ordine.

 

4 Spedizione

Gli ordini vengono consegnati dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8:00 - 18:00.
E’ previsto un addebito forfettario dei costi di trasporto pari ad €9,90.
Ci appoggiamo sempre a corrieri espressi ed effettuiamo le spedizioni in tutta Italia in 2-5 giorni lavorativi (tempo di resa medio, indicativo), secondo le destinazioni.
Il giorno della spedizione riceverai una e-mail con i dati per il tracciamento della stessa.
Si precisa che i tempi di consegna sono calcolati a partire dal giorno di spedizione. 

Safe packaging

Per le spedizioni usiamo imballi di cartone riciclabile, per il rispetto dell'ambiente, pensati specificatamente per vini e distillati, certificati ed estremamente resistenti. Imballi anti-rottura.

Le informazioni sulla spedizione vengono riepilogate in fase di acquisto e nell’e-mail di conferma dell’ordine.

The Winesider ed il suo Titolare non si assumono la responsabilità per ritardi di sdoganamento, ma si impegnano a ridurre al minimo eventuali inconvenienti.

 

5 Consegna

Deliveries are made during normal business hours to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary. 

It is up to the User to check the condition of the product delivered to him/her. Without prejudice to the fact that the risk of loss or damage to the products, for reasons not attributable to the Owner, is transferred to the User when the same, or a third party designated by the same and different from the carrier, materially comes into possession of the product. The User is advised to check the number of products received and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials and is invited, in his interest, to indicate on the carrier's transport document, any anomalies, accepting the package with reserve. In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is also recommended that the User gives prompt notice to The WineSider Customer Service. 

In any case, the application of the rules on the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity remains unchanged.

In caso di mancato ritiro entro il termine stabilito dal vettore, i prodotti verranno restituiti a The Winesider, che rimborserà il prezzo dei prodotti comprensivo dei costi di spedizione. 

Il Titolare non può essere ritenuto responsabile per errori nella consegna dovuti a inesattezze o incompletezze nella compilazione dell’ordine d’acquisto da parte dell'Utente, per danni eventualmente occorsi ai prodotti successivamente alla consegna al vettore, ove quest’ultimo sia stato scelto ed incaricato dall’Utente o per ritardi nella consegna a quest’ultimo imputabili.

 

6 Diritto di recesso

6.1 Right of withdrawal

In caso di acquisto di prodotti sul portale The Winesider, il Consumatore ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto senza indicarne le ragioni, entro 14 giorni. Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui il Consumatore o un terzo – diverso dal vettore e designato dall’Utente – acquisisce il possesso fisico dei beni. 

L’Utente è tenuto a informare The Winesider ed il suo Titolare della decisione di recedere tramite una dichiarazione esplicita inviata ai contatti riportati in questi Termini e prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso.

Poiché l’onere della prova relativa all’esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso è a carico del Consumatore, è nell’interesse dello stesso conservare copia della e-mail inviata a The Winesider con la Dichiarazione del Recesso.

6.2 Effects of withdrawal

Se l’Utente recede dall’accordo, gli saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti che ha effettuato a favore di The Winesider, compresi i costi di consegna (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla eventuale scelta di un tipo di consegna diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard offerto) senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui The Winesider è informata della decisione dell’Utente di recedere dal presente contratto. Detti rimborsi saranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato dall’Utente per la transazione iniziale, salvo che l’Utente non abbia espressamente convenuto altrimenti. 

The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the User has demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

The User is requested to return the goods and deliver them to The WineSider without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he has communicated the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the User returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. 

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the User.

6.3 Restrictions on the Right of Withdrawal

Returned products that are damaged or used in a different and additional way to what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation will be refunded after deduction of the decrease in value resulting from the damage or use. The refund is excluded when the decrease in value is total. 

The User is requested to insert a copy of the delivery document received into the package.

The right of withdrawal, is in any case excluded in relation to:

  • goods made to measure or clearly personalized (by clearly personalized we mean those goods that are made in a unique way for the Customer, with names, logos, etc., in such a way as to make it impossible for the Owner to reuse the product);
  • the supply of goods which are in danger of deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery.

6.4 Applicability of the withdrawal clauses

The clauses concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal, as well as the related consequences and exceptions, apply to the User who qualifies as a Consumer, i.e. the User acting for purposes unrelated to his/her business and professional activity, as defined in point 1.2 "Definitions".

 

7 Garanzia legale di conformità sul bene

Tutti i Prodotti venduti su The Winesider sono coperti dalla Garanzia Legale di Conformità. 

The User who purchases as a Consumer has the right of legal guarantee on the conformity of the products and services purchased within the limits of 24 (twenty-four) months from purchase.

For Users who do not qualify as Consumers, the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the warranty for defects of the thing sold shall apply, where applicable.

To exercise the right of guarantee, the User must contact the Owner using the contact information contained in this document, giving an accurate description of the defect found.

If the User exercises the right of guarantee in the first 6 months after receipt of the goods, the burden of proving the absence of risk will be on the Owner, after the first 6 months after receipt of the goods, the User will have to prove that the defect found on the goods is covered by this guarantee.

Should the non-conformity of the product be ascertained, the User has the right to obtain, at his choice, the repair or replacement of the product, as well as any costs incurred for the return of the goods should the non-conformity be ascertained.

The User also has the right to ask the Owner for an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract in the following cases:

  • if repair and replacement is impossible or excessively expensive;
  • if the Owner has not repaired or replaced the goods within a reasonable period, in any case not less than 15 (fifteen) days;
  • if the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the User.

The User is in any case obliged to return the defective products.

 

8 Risarcimento e limitazione di responsabilità

8.1 Indemnity

L'Utente si impegna a mantenere indenne The Winesider ed il suo Titolare (nonché le eventuali società dallo stesso controllate o affiliate, i suoi rappresentanti, amministratori, agenti, licenziatari, partner e dipendenti), da qualsiasi obbligo o responsabilità, incluse le eventuali spese legali sostenute per difendersi in giudizio, che dovessero sorgere a fronte di danni provocati ad altri Utenti o a terzi, in relazione ai contenuti caricati online, alla violazione della legge o dei termini delle presenti Condizioni di servizio.

8.2 Limitation of liability

The Winesider e tutte le funzionalità accessibili attraverso esso vengono messe a disposizione degli Utenti, ai termini e alle condizioni di cui al Contratto come di volta in volta emendato, senza alcuna garanzia, esplicita o implicita, che non sia obbligatoria per legge. 

In particular, no guarantee is given as to the suitability of the services offered for the particular purposes intended by the User.

L’uso di The Winesider e delle funzionalità accessibili attraverso lo stesso è effettuato dagli Utenti a proprio rischio e sotto la propria responsabilità.

In particolare il Titolare, nei limiti del diritto applicabile, risponde per i danni di natura contrattuale ed extracontrattuale nei confronti di Utenti e terzi esclusivamente a titolo di dolo o colpa grave quando questi costituiscono conseguenza immediata e diretta dell’attività di The Winesider. 

Therefore, the Owner shall not be liable for:

  • eventuali perdite che non siano conseguenza diretta della violazione del Contratto da parte del Titolare di The Winesider;
  • any loss of commercial opportunity and any other loss, even indirect, possibly suffered by the User (such as, by way of example and without limitation, commercial losses, loss of revenues, income, profits or assumed savings, loss of contracts or commercial relations, loss of reputation or goodwill value, etc.);
  • danni o perdite derivanti da interruzioni o malfunzionamenti di The Winesider dovuti ad eventi di forza maggiore o, comunque, ad eventi imprevisti ed imprevedibili e, comunque, indipendenti dalla volontà ed estranei alla sfera di controllo del Titolare quali, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, guasti o interruzioni alle linee telefoniche o elettriche, alla rete internet e/o comunque ad altri strumenti di trasmissione, indisponibilità di siti web, scioperi, eventi naturali, virus ed attacchi informatici, interruzioni nell’erogazione di prodotti, servizi o applicazioni di terze parti; 
  • errato o inidoneo utilizzo di The Winesider da parte degli Utenti o di terzi.

 

9 Disposizioni comuni

9.1 Service Interruption

In order to guarantee Users the best possible use of the Service, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance or system updates, informing Users through constant updates.

9.2 Reselling the Service

Gli Utenti non sono autorizzati a riprodurre, duplicare, copiare, vendere, rivendere o sfruttare qualunque porzione di The Winesider e dei suoi Servizi senza il previo permesso scritto da parte del Titolare, garantito direttamente o tramite uno specifico programma di rivendita.

9.3 Privacy policy

Per informazioni sull'utilizzo dei dati personali, gli Utenti devono fare riferimento alla Privacy Policy di The Winesider.

9.4 Intellectual property rights

Tutti i marchi, figurativi o nominativi, e tutti gli altri segni, nomi commerciali, marchi di servizio, marchi denominativi, denominazioni commerciali, illustrazioni, immagini, video, loghi che appaiono riguardanti The Winesider sono e rimangono di proprietà esclusiva del Titolare o dei suoi licenziatari e sono protetti dalle leggi vigenti sui marchi e dai relativi trattati internazionali.

Tutti i marchi e tutti gli altri segni, nomi commerciali, marchi di servizio, marchi denominativi, denominazioni commerciali, illustrazioni, immagini, video, loghi riguardanti terze parti ed i contenuti pubblicati da tali terzi su The Winesider sono e rimangono di proprietà esclusiva o nella disponibilità di detti terzi e dei loro licenziatari e sono protetti dalle leggi vigenti sui marchi e dai relativi trattati internazionali. 

The Owner of the platform does not own such intellectual property rights and may use them only within the limits and in accordance with the contracts concluded with such third parties and for the purposes outlined therein.

9.5 Age requirements

Users declare to be of legal age according to the legislation applicable to them.

In nessun caso i minori di 18 anni sono autorizzati ad usare, in qualsiasi modo, il sito ed i servizi di Excantia S.r.l. - The Winesider.

9.6 Conditions for the receipt of deliveries

L’Utente che effettua l’acquisto tramite The Winesider, inoltre, dichiara e garantisce che chi riceverà la spedizione dei prodotti acquistati sia maggiorenne secondo la legislazione a quest’ultimo applicabile, o se minore, sia autorizzato da genitore o tutore.

9.7 Transfer of the contract

The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose by novation or sub-contract all or some of the rights or obligations deriving from the Terms, provided that the User's rights provided herein are not affected, without prejudice to the possibility for the User to freely withdraw from the Contract. User shall be notified promptly of any such termination.

The User may not assign or transfer in any way his rights or obligations under the Terms without the written permission of the Owner.

9.8 Communications

Tutte le comunicazioni relative a The Winesider devono essere inviate utilizzando le informazioni di contatto indicate nei presenti Termini.

9.9 Ineffectiveness and partial nullity

If a single provision or several provisions of these Terms is/are void or becomes/are not applicable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions. In such case, the Parties shall replace the invalid, void or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision. The same shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event of any legal gaps in these Terms. 

 

10 Risoluzione delle controversie

10.1 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These Terms and all disputes regarding the execution, interpretation and validity of this contract are subject to the law, the jurisdiction of the Italian State and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin.

An exception is made for the exclusive jurisdiction of the Consumer, if the law so provides.

10.2 Online dispute resolution for Consumers

Il Consumatore residente in Europa deve essere a conoscenza del fatto che la Commissione Europea ha istituito una piattaforma online che fornisce uno strumento di risoluzione alternativa delle controversie. Tale strumento può essere utilizzato dal Consumatore europeo per risolvere in via non giudiziale ogni controversia relativa a e/o derivante da contratti di vendita di beni e servizi stipulati in rete. Di conseguenza, se sei un Consumatore europeo, puoi usare tale piattaforma per la risoluzione di ogni disputa nascente dal contratto online stipulato con il Titolare di The Winesider.
