Fouassier's Les Grands Champs is a Sancerre that grows on the purest Kidmeridggian limestone, on shells crumbled eons ago. From medium-aged vineyards (25/35 years) managed according to the Steiner dictates of biodynamics. Vinification carried out respecting the phases of the moon, with indigenous yeasts, in 30/100 hl steel tanks.
