It was born in 1982 as a selection of a part of the Martinenga vineyard towards Asili and is produced only in the best years. Its slightly more international taste due to the aging in small French wooden barrels has ensured it notable successes. The structure is noteworthy and always coexists with that class and elegance that only Martinenga can provide. It has great capacity for evolution and is rewarded when paired with game as well as important second courses and mature cheeses.
