Concentrated without being considered a 'wine', smooth without being too indulgent. After all, we are always faced with a Nebbiolo from the north. Aromas of rose and plum. Then you get a rush of berry in your mouth which creates a sweet-acid mix which makes this label suitable for accompanying polenta with pork chops.
