Making Caciara means making confusion. With this label the confusion is what upsets the canons of Sangiovese, proposing, right from the aromas, a trait that is easy to understand and, if possible, even easier to appreciate. The credit, in this case, goes to a clean, true and highly combinable sip. Excellent both with a tagliatelle with meat sauce and with sardines cooked with tomato sauce.
