EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Cortese grape from these areas has always been used for great Italian sparkling wines. This is the idea behind a wine that obtains its perlage through refermentation in an autoclave. This method of sparkling wine highlights, on this label, aromas of acacia, bergamot and peach. Finish rich in pastry notes.
