EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Blanc de Blancs, produced in small quantities only in the exceptional vintages, marvelously expresses all the nobility of the Chardonnay coming from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. The long refinement for 6 years in the cellar, the texture with exquisite minerality and the low dosage - just 6g / liter - make it a wine of great prestige, which occupies a place of honor in haute cuisine. Also perfect on its own for a refined aperitif.
