Nebbiolo-based wine that does not miss 10% Vespolina grapes. The result matures for three years in medium-sized wood. The result is an elegant and complex wine, recognized over the years for its richness, its structure and its aromas, capable of striking when it is at its maximum potential, that is, after adequate aging. The finish is reminiscent of pipe tobacco. From pappardelle to duck sauce.
